Despite the so called ´global credit crisis´, Bulgaria has continued to out-perform all other countries when it comes to house price inflation.
In a recent report by Knight Frank, Bulgaria was ranked in top place, with a consistent house price growth over the past two years of 68%, and registering a staggering 32.2% for the 2nd quarter of 2008.
